Kerry Godliman

She’s straight-talking, quick-wit, charming and can get to the point.

Kerry Godliman

A native Londoner, Kerry made a name of herself in the world of comedy and acting after studying drama at Rose Bruford College in South London, and Stand Up at London City Lit.

From there, she landed a few TV roles in Miranda, Extras and Getting On, before moving onto her one-woman show, Wonder Woman at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2011.

She even dabbled in drama, playing Molly's mum Belinda in Our Girl.

Now, she's a staple on some of your favourite comedy line-ups, including Mock the Week, Live at the Apollo, Celebrity Pointless, 8 Out of 10 Cats, Spoons, Life's Too Short, Him And Her, Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow and Rush Hour.

But her biggest game changer came when she joined Ricky Gervais in Derek, playing Hannah - well, that and TASKMASTER of course. You thought we slipped and forgot there, didn't you.

While she can take over a room, light up a stage or command a crowd, it's the little things that Kerry finds funny. Like domestic chaos. In fact, Kerry is not afraid to draw inspiration of her home life, her marriage, or her kids. She believes it's the domesticity of it that makes her comedy so appealing. After all, how else would we be able to relate?

But don't take our word for it, take a look at TASKMASTER, where she uses her straight-talking charms to win over Greg's almighty judgement and get a hold of that trophy.
