Safely sealed in the hold, the cats evolved into humanoid form. The cats now roam deep space in a fleet of their own and we meet three cat clerics, played by Lucy Pearman, Mandeep Dhillon and Tom Bennett, who worship Lister as their God.

Lister vows to help them as they're being hunted by Rodon, the ruthless feral cat leader (Ray Fearon) who has vowed to wipe out all cats who worship anyone but him.

As a true fan, you'll know that the Cat (Danny John-Jules) first foretold of the "promised land" in the very first episode of Red Dwarf, way back in 1988. It's taken a mere 32 years to find out exactly what he was talking about.

For a brand new adventure, everyone's favourite autocratic hologram Arnold Rimmer (Chris Barrie) gets rebooted with a brand new spanking space suit. This is probably what he looked like in his mind all these years.
