1 NAME OF COMPETITION: Alan Davies Tickets Competition
2 METHOD OF ENTRY AND COMPETITION QUESTION:
2.1. A question (as stated below) will be posted on the Dave Facebook and Twitter pages. The question will ask entrants to answer with one of the three multiple choice answers (also stated below).
COMPETITION QUESTION: 'Which Alan Davies As Yet Untitled guest tells a story about their arrest for 'the attempted theft of a Roger Rabbit vending machine' in the 'Lips and Arseholes of Alan Davies' episode (series 2, episode 11)?'
MULTIPLE CHOICE ANSWERS:
A) Jonathan Ross B) Janet Street Porter C) James Brown
2.2. Entrants via Facebook must respond by posting a comment underneath the question that includes their multiple choice answer.
2.3. Entrants via Twitter must post a tweet that includes their multiple choice answer and the hashtag #winalandavies. Entries without the hashtag will not be valid.
3.1. There will be ONE (1) prize winner[s] (the "Winner").
3.2. The prize shall consist of two (2) x tickets for the 'Alan Davies: Little Victories' show at G-Live, London Road, Guilford, Surrey GU1 2AA (the "Venue") on Thursday 26th March 2015 (the "Prize").
3.3. No alternative prize will be given and the Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However, UKTV reserves the right to change the Prize due to circumstances beyond its control or to offer an alternative prize of similar value.
3.4. The Winner agrees to absolve UKTV from any liability that may result from or is claimed to have resulted from participating in the Competition or from the acceptance or use of the Prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions in any way limits the Promoter (or any other person or organisation's) liability for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
3.5. It is the Winner's responsibility to pay any and all applicable taxes which may be due on prizes and to assess whether the prizes are suitable for them and to read and comply with any safety notices or instruction manuals delivered with any prize.
4 SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS:
4.1. All entrants must be over 18 years of age at the date of entry and a legal resident in the UK.
4.2. Employees of UKTV and any company associated with this Competition and their relatives are expressly forbidden from entering the Competition.
4.3. All entrants must have the internet service or mobile device bill payer's permission prior to entering.
4.4. UKTV will not provide transport in relation to the Prize. The Winner and their guest must provide their own travel to the Venue.
4.5. Only Twitter entries that include the hashtag #winalandavies will be valid.
5 COMPETITION PERIOD:
5.1. The Competitions will be open at 12:00pm on Tuesday 3rd March 2015 and will close at 12:00pm on Tuesday 10th March 2015.
5.2. Any entries received outside of the Competition Period (for whatever reason) will be invalid (but you may still be charged for the entry where costs apply).
6 WINNER SELECTION:
6.1. The Winner will be the first correct entry to be selected at random at the end of the Competition Period from all correct and eligible entries received. Winner selection by UKTV is final and no correspondence will be entered into whatsoever regarding Winner selection.
6.2. The Winner must claim the Prize by successfully responding to the Promoter's notification by email or telephone within twenty one (7) days of the Promoter's first notification being sent.
6.3. Please allow up to twenty one (7) days for delivery of the Prize to the Winner.
7 METHOD OF ENTRY & COST:
You can enter this Competition free of charge on the Dave Facebook page or on the Dave Twitter page as per the process described in sections 2.2-2.3.
8 ENTRY LIMITATIONS:
8.1. Only one (1) entry per person is allowed. In the case of multiple entries, only the original entry will be counted. Any automated entries made by a 'bot' or by using any similar automated third party programme to submit multiple entries will be grounds for immediate disqualification.
8.2. Where a Winner has been selected and UKTV discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that Winner has used a 'bot' or similar third party software to submit multiple entries, UKTV shall have the absolute discretion to select an alternative winner. Any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these terms and conditions.
9.1. This Competition is offered to you by UKTV Media Limited ("UKTV"). Our registered office is at 10 Hammersmith Grove, London W6 7AP.
9.2. By entering this Competition you are submitting your details to UKTV and not to Facebook, Inc. nor Twitter, Inc. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, Inc. or Twitter, Inc.

Entry to the Competition gives UKTV the right, without separate consent or compensation, to publicise any Winners' names and counties and to make further use of these in printed publications and on the Internet solely for administering this Competition in accordance with applicable law.
12 LAW AND JURISDICTION:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
