
Ingredients
1 kilo of plum tomatoes 3 cloves garlic 2 tsp cayenne pepper squeeze of tomato puree olive oil salt and pepper sliced white bread Manx cheddar
Breakdown
- Slice tomatoes in half and slice garlic
- In a roasting tray add tomatoes with garlic on top and season
- Pour a little olive oil over the top and bake for 40 mins
- Sprinkle over cayenne pepper and blitz adding water to get a good consistency
- Make a sandwich with the cheese and put on the grill
- When cooked both sides cut into small cubes and place on the soup
