2 onions, finely sliced 2 beef hot dogs 2 hot dog rolls 50g cream cheese 1tsp liquid smoke Jalapenos 4 rashers turkey bacon American mustard Kettle chips
Start by making the caramelised onions- fry the onions in a little oil over a low heat in a pan, stirring often. This should take about 45 minutes. Season and set aside.
Cook the hot dogs in boiling water for 5 minutes then drain.
Make the smoky cream cheese by mixing together the cream cheese and liquid smoke.
Load up by spreading the inside of each roll with the cream cheese mix, then two slices of bacon in each. Put a hot dog in each roll, then top jalapenos, mustard and finally crumble over some kettle chips.
