75g pack instant noodles ½ red onion, chopped 1 green chili, finely chopped 30g coriander, chopped 1 tsp salt 1 tsp chili powder 2 heaped tbsp gram flour water
Preheat a fryer to 180c. Cook the instant noodles in salted water until soft, then strain and leave to cool in a bowl. Once cold add all the other ingredients and mix together well. Form into balls then drop into hot oil and fry until cooked through and golden. Drain on kitchen paper and serve.
