5 petit camembert 5 sheets of ready rolled puff pastry 100g grated parmesan cheese 2 tbsps fresh picked thyme leaves 5 tbsps Honey, plus extra for drizzling 2 eggs, beaten Salt and pepper
Lay out the sheets of puff pastry and drizzle with 1 tbsp honey, a sprinkle of thyme and parmesan and salt and pepper. Roll up lengthways and slice down the middle lengthways. Repeat for the other sheets. Twist the pastry rolls around the camembert on a lined baking tray. Brush with egg wash and bake at 200 for 20-25 minutes until golden and oozing.
