Critically-acclaimed series Alan Davies: As Yet Untitled is back for a fifth series with a new line up of guest stars including Melanie C, Sanjeev Baskhar, Dave Johns, Gemma Cairney and David Baddiel.

The relaxed chat show will see the new stars join Davies at the table as he leads a captivating conversation full of stories from the world of comedy and entertainment.

"Many famous comedy faces will appear as well as several talented people I've never heard of," says presenter and star Alan Davies.

"Normally, being 50 now, I can't stand meeting new people but thanks to Dave, I'm overcoming that fear."

Previous guests from the hit show include Stephen Fry, Catherine Tate and Jonathan Ross, plus Katherine Ryan, Lou Sanders, James Acaster and Romesh Ranganathan, who have shared funny stories about everything from brushes with royalty to dating woes, bizarre encounters and insights into life on the comedy road.

Nominated for a Broadcast Award in 2016, Alan Davies: As Yet Untitled, UKTV staff are excited for the upcoming series.

"I love this show, it's consistently brilliant," says senior commissioning editor Iain Coyle, "the combination of seeing a new side to the biggest names in comedy and the show's continuing commitment to fresh talent, is a credit to the producers."

Alan Davies: As Yet Untitled series five will premiere on Dave February 21st at 10pm.
