1. NAME OF COMPETITION: Storage Hunters UK – Under The Tarp (the “Competition”)

2. METHOD OF ENTRY AND COMPETITION QUESTION:

  • There will be one Competition mechanic which will run five times over five consecutive days.

  • A new Prize will be offered each day of the Competition Period.

  • The Competition opens when a Vine video is posted on the @Join_Dave twitter account: https://twitter.com/Join_Dave

  • To win a Prize, entrants must correctly guess what is hidden under the tarpaulin (tarp) seen in the Vine video and tweet their answer along with the hashtag #UnderTheTarp. The answer must match the exact description of the prize set by UKTV.

  • Entrants must be following @Join_Dave on Twitter, so that they can be contacted via Direct Message to claim their Prize.

  • The only way to enter the Competition is via Twitter.

  • The Competition closes at 8pm each day. No entries for that prize will be considered after this time.

  • Once the Competition has closed, all tweets using #UnderTheTarp will be scanned for the exact phrase of that day’s prize.

  • Each entrant which guesses correctly using the correct phrasing will be entered into a prize draw. One winner will be selected at random from the qualifying entries.

  • Should an entrant not claim or refuse the prize, another person will be drawn at random from the qualifying entries. If that entrant does not claim or want the prize, the prize may be disposed of by UKTV at its discretion.

3. PRIZE:

There will be five prizes (each a “Prize”) and up to five winners (each a “Winner”). The Winner may be required to sign a declaration or release and to confirm their agreement to these terms and conditions before accepting any Prizes.

No alternative prize will be given and the Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However, UKTV reserves the right to change the Prize due to circumstances beyond its control or to offer an alternative prize of similar value.

Each Winner agrees to absolve UKTV from any liability that may result from or is claimed to have resulted from participating in the Competition or from the acceptance or use of any of the Prizes. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions in any way limits the Promoter (or any other person or organisation’s) liability for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
